“Il discorso del Re”, di Tom Hooper, è stato l’asso piglia tutto dei premi Bafta 2011, gli oscar del cinema inglese.
Con ben 7 Bafta, tra cui quelli per miglior film, miglior attore, Colin Firth, miglior attrice non protagonista, Helena Bonham Carter, miglior attore non protagonista, Geoffrey Rush, il film rivelazione della stagione, continua la sua marcia trionfale verso gli Oscar.
Come prevedibile, il premio di miglior attrice è andato a Natalie Portman per “Il cigno nero” e quello di miglior regista a David Fincher per “The social network”.
